YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL... but do you really own it? This day is for you if you want to be able to say it to yourself, in the mirror, without flinching or cringing. On a good hair day, and a bad hair day. And on all those days you want to hide under a blanket and not see anyone.
The effect of the retreat has been really profound and life changing. I feel more complete as a person. I will not rely on anyone else to make me happy anymore. It’s a nice feeling.
