Private Yoga Sessions
Yoga classes are a very effective way of learning and practicing yoga, though yoga remains very much an individual practice. Mia specializes in working with students one-on-one in the following situations:
- You’re just getting started with yoga
- You want to build your own regular practice
- You want individual attention and a practice tailored to your individual needs
- You have concerns about previous injuries or are recovering from illness
- You seek to overcome plateaus in your practice. You want to go deeper!
- You’re curious about how yoga and its philosophy can improve your daily life
