This week I’d like to share three of my favourite inspirational videos with you. They’re all very different - and of different lengths so that you can squeeze them into different sized time gaps you might have! Each of their messages is powerful and important. They should help you to feel more confident and empowered as well as enabling you to weather the storms that inevitably come your way from time to time.

1: Fault v Responsibility - Will Smith (2 minutes 30 seconds)

Will Smith shares some really great advice around the difference between fault and responsibility. Applying this to your life can help you feel more confident and empowered.

“Your heart, your life, your happiness is your responsibility and your responsibility alone” ‘Nuff said!

  1. Your body language shapes who you are - Amy Cuddy (20 minutes)

I love this TED Talk  by Amy Cuddy which explains a lot about the effects of body language and poses and postures. To me, this also explains some of the psychological benefits of the physical yoga practice. It also shows you how to use your body to help you feel more … hmmm… confident and empowered ...again!

“Don’t fake it til you make it. Fake it til you become it.”

  1. Do we have a choice in suffering? Kim Eng (12 minutes 30 seconds)

This video goes deeper. We all get lonely sometimes and need to grieve the loss of our loved ones. It’s a moving exploration of how to handle space, death and suffering by Eckhart Tolle’s partner, Kim Eng.

“There is more space in this universe than there are stars in the sky.”

If you watch these videos, I’d love to hear what you think. I'd love for you to join me in my Facebook group and let me know.

Don’t worry if you don’t have time to watch them right now. You can always bookmark this post to come back to when you need some inspiration.

Enjoy!
