Norman Blair and I are running a Yin Yoga workshop for Charity at the Life Centre in Islington.
The theme is Giving and Forgiving.
All of the proceeds from this day go to the Phoenix Prison Trust, encouraging prisoners in the development of their spiritual welfare; and Nayee Asha (New Hope), a school in India integrating children of people with leprosy who otherwise tend to be shunned by society.
