If you don’t have time to exercise, read on because you will find out how moving your body can save you time (p.10 if you're in a hurry).

Did you know that 60% of adults are ashamed of their bodies? You may or may not relate to this personally – but I think that you should know about it.

I have tried to avoid the platitudes that we hear about exercise, and instead focus on changing your relationship with it. This is food for thought. For a little booklet, I think it packs a big punch.
