I've put together a little booklet to give you tonnes of tips and information about healthy breakfasts. Why they help, what they're made up of, what to include and why. When you understand why you're doing what you're doing, it makes more sense and it's easier to do it!
I'm particularly excited about the breakfast matrix that I've provided on page 5. It's a pick & mix chart that enables you select from various groups to make up a healthy and varied breakfast. If you look at nothing else, look at that.
